RUPCO
RUPCO is the leader in the Hudson Valley for affordable housing and community development. With their fiscal sponsorship and development expertise, they are leading the Highpoint renovation project and will assist in the management of the properties. East End II is RUPCO's second project they have developed in Newburgh. This second phase of their work includes Highpoint and 61 affordable apartments.

Wellness Shines on Newburgh is here to nurture our community awareness of what it means to take care of ourselves and each other. We aren’t focused on looking good; we’re focused on feeling good. We strive to create an inclusive, judgment-free environment by bringing together practitioners who can help you create your own path to feeling great! WSN will act as an incubator for other minority-owned health and wellness businesses an unprecedented initiative in Newburgh.
Tioronda Learning center
LYNC believes that everyone deserves supportive services that allow them to pursue their dreams while still raising a family and community. We are proud to have an on-site early learning program and daycare center to support students with children operated by Tioronda Learning Center.

Shred foundation
Career development and personal enrichment are core tenants of LYNC’s mission. SHRED Foundation aims to provide life and career skills to youth through snowboarding and skateboarding. SHRED connects Newburgh youth to snowboarding equipment, instruction, and a path to teaching. SHRED partners with local stakeholders and values the importance of teaching its youth the core aspects of the culture, which include individuality, creativity, progression, entrepreneurial drive, and community.

A core value for us is nurturing our health and our wellness because we know that health and wellness are directly connected to our wealth. We’ve partnered with Ray Rodriguez of MyFourmula to create a wellness lounge and provide coaching services to residents and members, enabling them to address all aspects of wellness while pursuing their own advancement and enrichment.
